I have experience and expertise in the following areas of the real estate business;

Residential Sales: I have participated in the sale of hundreds of properties in Delaware County and surrounding areas. Whether you are a first-time buyer, or trading-up or down, my expertise will help make this an easy , stress free experience.

Investments: 25 years experience evaluating and purchasing rental properties, primarily single family rowhomes and duplexes. Part owner of EBASCO Properties, Inc. I can help you decide which properties will make successful investments. I am a registered HUD broker.

Property Management: Helping owners find and evaluate new tenants, collect rents and handle maintenance and inspection issues. I try to take the stress out of being a landlord.

Title Insurance and Mortgage Financing: I make sure that you understand your financing options and help you make a well-informed decision about which lender and what financial products would be best for you. Title insurance is a must to protect your investment and make the settlement process smooth and successful.
