Commission rates are negotiable!!

Our fees vary between 4% and 6% of the selling price. There are several factors that determine what the appropriate rate should be. This should be a mutual and confidential decision made between the seller and agent.

Factors to consider:

Marketability…location, condition and price are extremely important.

Marketing…what type of advertising and other activities will be expected of the agent.

Affordability….what is the seller willing and able to pay to motivate agents to show and sell their property.

Once the seller and agent are on the “same page”, we will put forth every effort to find a buyer for your home!
